The Great Rivers Council encourages all Scout leaders to participate in the Scout Leader Outdoor Orientation (SLOO), a fun filled program of hands-on skills training for the outdoors, designed to help you master basic camp skills required from Cub Scouts to the rank of First Class in Boy Scouts. This training satisfies the requirements of B.A.L.O.O. training, Webelos Leader Training and Outdoor Leader Skills
